J'ai adoré ce livre， pleins de rebondissements， pleins de suspens， pleins de romance et surtout pleins de moments déchirants ！C'est un livre qui vous emporte dans tout un tas d'émotions， passant de la colère au soulagement， de la tristesse à la joie。Luna et knight sont fait pour être ensemble et leur romance est juste incroyable， malgré toutes les épreuves qu'ils doivent affronter。J'aime vraiment la plume de l'auteur qui rend ses histoires réelles et crédibles bien loin des clichés amoureux habi J'ai adoré ce livre， pleins de rebondissements， pleins de suspens， pleins de romance et surtout pleins de moments déchirants ！C'est un livre qui vous emporte dans tout un tas d'émotions， passant de la colère au soulagement， de la tristesse à la joie。Luna et knight sont fait pour être ensemble et leur romance est juste incroyable， malgré toutes les épreuves qu'ils doivent affronter。J'aime vraiment la plume de l'auteur qui rend ses histoires réelles et crédibles bien loin des clichés amoureux habituels。 Une super découverte qui fait honneur au premier tome de cette nouvelle série qui était déjà excellent。 Je ne m'attendais pas à lire un livre qui me plairait d'autant plus， alors je suis plus que ravie ！ Et maintenant j'ai hâte de découvrir l'histoire de Lenora et de Vaughn qui promet d'être explosive。 。。。more

I have had this book flagged on my list to read for ages。 In fact I only read Pretty Reckless because I like to have the whole story from start to finish even though I knew this was a standalone。Unfortunately this one just fell flat for me。 I was excited to read Knight and Luna's story and from the glimpse I got of the characters in Pretty Reckless I thought Luna would be a much more facilitating character to get a perspective from， considering she is a selective mute。 This just didn't end up be I have had this book flagged on my list to read for ages。 In fact I only read Pretty Reckless because I like to have the whole story from start to finish even though I knew this was a standalone。Unfortunately this one just fell flat for me。 I was excited to read Knight and Luna's story and from the glimpse I got of the characters in Pretty Reckless I thought Luna would be a much more facilitating character to get a perspective from， considering she is a selective mute。 This just didn't end up being the case and honestly didn't have much bearing on the story at all。 I felt as though Luna had so many momentous life moments （both good and bad） that were just sort of glossed over。 Was she shy？ Did she have social anxiety？ I wouldn't have known if I hadn't been told at the start of the book。 Usually character growth happens slowly and gradually making you proud of the end version you see of the character， as though you grew with them， but instead Luna goes off to collage and behind a time lapse overcomes these issues。It became pretty obvious to me pretty quickly that I just didn't care if Luna and Knight got together in the end and it's not that I shipped her with any of the other characters （well maybe Daria if I didn't love her with Penn so much） which made my investment in the book kinda slim considering it's a romance。I will say though， the secondary characters stole the show and the last 25% of the book was on point emotionally。 It's just disappointing the leading characters didn't get my heart pumping sooner。 。。。more

This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers。 To view it， click here。 THIS BOOK WAS SO MUC BETTER TAN THE FIRST ONE。 And it was so fun being able to picture myself as Luna。 NGL knights inner monologues and comedic timing was A M A Z I N G。 And The spice made me blush in public。 I love how much luna feels and how attached the writing makes the reader feel。 And I shed SOO many tears and felt enraged and excited。。。。。A full three 1/2 stars which is a pretty high score in my book for see types of books。

I give this book a 5-star rating although it took me half a year to finish it。 I thoroughly enjoyed it and cried for the two main broken characters。 Luna overcame her selective muteness and acknowledged her feelings for Knight。 On the other hand， Knight dealt with severe loss but somehow found it in his heart to love and heal in time。
